Maybe I have a problem. I need to constantly have something on the calendar that is going to push me. Ask Brit and she'll tell you it's been one of our bigger conflicts in our blissful and loving marriage.

I participated in a HYROX race with colleagues from 2020FIT and discovered it aligns with my fitness philosophy -- combining strength with conditioning. The participants exhibited balanced physiques. I encourage others to discuss the experience with participants before committing.
