Aunt May knew what she was talking about, a bonfire we'd love to have you at, and a couple of books to add to your list.

I want to give a shout-out to Aunt May. Recently, the Rowleys saw the epic new Spider-Man movie, and a quote from May's tombstone hit me hard: "When you help someone, you help everyone."
I've felt that since this business began 14 years ago, I have a 'superpower'. Not in the ability to actually do anything cool, but in the ability to help people get closer to living their best selves.
I'm often frustrated internally by the difficulty in helping everyone all the time, and most of my efforts overall fall short — if we're being real.
That said, Aunt May put a little pep in my step: if I can help one person, that could help one family, which could help one classroom, which could help one school, etc., and the ripple effect is huge.
So while I lament that I'm not able to force everyone to eat clean, train as if their life depends on it, read a book a week, get off social media, and spend time outside, I am grateful for the ability to help one person at a time, which helps everyone.
Let's have an amazing fall!

Fall Bonfire at the Farm
Speaking of fall, on November 14th we're hosting our fall bonfire at the farm, and we'd love to have you and your family.
We'll handle the meat; you bring a side, leave your screens at home, and we'll have a great evening country-style.
Some Things I'm Stoked About
- A podcast on conversation — Do you talk for more than 15 seconds at a time? Become more likable by being more interested in others. Even for introverts.
- Ketone IQ — I've dabbled on and off with exogenous ketones for years. I've been back on a while, and my brain really enjoys them.
- Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy — It's been on my reading list for years. It's one of the books that I've honestly not thoroughly enjoyed while I was reading it, as it's pretty goofy, but now I think about it kind of all the time after the fact.
- The Book of Charlie — Thanks, Stacy. This is a great one. I particularly enjoy the Kansas City history, but also the wisdom gained from a fella who lived on Earth for over 100 years.
