I have always found tremendous purpose and joy in being active and adventurous. As a kid, that meant playing five sports and filling all my time with training and practice. I was fortunate

enough to pursue that passion of health and fitness beyond high school and earn degrees in exercise science and biomechanics. While in college I discovered CrossFit and the sport of

fitness, which exposed me to the most supportive and empowering communities I have ever known. First in Manhattan, and now here in Prairie Village, Kansas. Upon graduating from KU

Med in 2023, my goal is to continue to serve the amazing athletes I work with not only as a coach, but also as a performance physical therapist.

As an 18-year-old out on my own for the first time in college, I was introduced to CrossFit at myUniversity’s box. The structure, accountability, daily motivation, and competitive atmospherethat I experienced at that gym taught me more about myself than I’d ever known before. Irealized that my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health were absolute necessities forlongevity and fulfillment in my life.

I have seen how the pursuit of fitness and health has drastically changed the lives of so many.Becoming a better friend, spouse, parent, co-worker. Being accountable and responsible for thefew things we get to control in our lives. It is my mission to be a guide for all who want toexperience that for themselves.
