Yoga Restore- focuses on deep stretches, gentle movements, and breath-work. Perfect for all levels, this class promotes healing and recovery, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
Yoga Complete - start the class with Yoga Flow then ease into Yoga Restore. A combination all in one!
