Our TeenFit program is developed for our pre-teen/teenage-ish student. While we continue to build on strength, speed, endurance and coordination, this course is also an introduction to our adult CrossFit class.
A certified coach begins each class with a warmup and movement instruction to be sure we move correctly and safely. We focus on proper technique to help prevent injuries and offer alternatives to adapt to each student’s skill level.
Partner activities and games are still incorporated so we don’t forget that movement is fun!
