What Supplements Do You Take?

I typically say I don't take many supplements and that it all starts with nutrition (which it does), however on doing some analysis, that couldn't be further from the truth. I've added a lot of layers over the years, of which I firmly recommend you do not start all at once, but just some things to consider as you clean up your eating (that's #1 priority...).

LMNT Electrolytes - These are a game changer. I take 1x a day during the winter or non-active days and 2+ on active / summer days

Active H2 + Chromax

Greens of some kind (I've used AG1, Paleo Valley & Bulletproof, all with success)

ION Gut Support

Psyllium Husk Powder

Dandelion Root Powder

Chocolate Bone Broth Protein

Creatine - Any brand will do.

Whey Protein

All day long - Eat real food (salt to taste)

At night: Lily's Chocolate. Love that stuff.

Colostrum (game changer)

Calm - Magnesium supplement

Sleeping Pills from Momentous
