I typically say I don't take many supplements and that it all starts with nutrition (which it does), however on doing some analysis, that couldn't be further from the truth. I've added a lot of layers over the years, of which I firmly recommend you do not start all at once, but just some things to consider as you clean up your eating (that's #1 priority...).
