I've aired my struggles over the years of being consistent in the gym. Even though I spend the majority of my waking hours in it.
I did something I thought I'd never have to do. I hired a personal trainer to get my butt going.
We have an amazing team of people here are the gym that I am indirectly accountable to (I should be going to class) but when you're accountable to everyone, you're accountable to no one. So I changed that and grabbed Bobby who is now training me 1x a week, doing the things I don't want to do, but need to - Strength work.
My point in saying this is you do not need a personal training but you do need ONE PERSON (or a small group) who is going to hold you accountable to get you to where you want to be. This month we're helping make that public a bit but encouraging you to post your goal(s) in the lobby so they are public and we can at least shame you in to being successful.
So, next time you're in, and in a great mood, put down what you want to accomplish this next year and an amazing thing will happen, the 2020FIT Community will help you make it happen!

Lastly - Please excuse our construction on the terrace. We're in the process of building the enclosure (Phase 1.0) for the new sauna. For this winter, we're simply going to move the existing sauna under the cover so we can operate all winter.
Phase 2.0 will be building out this epicness by next winter.
