Amanda and Tory recently married, and I was honored to celebrate alongside them. Congrats to this amazing couple and the journey that is just beginning. The newlyweds are honeymooning in December through Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, with plans to visit Christmas markets fulfilling a long-held dream.
Attendance & Community Focus
I want to encourage consistent gym participation. 115 members visited 18+ times last month. Rather than recommending books this month, the focus shifts to nutrition guidance and community presence.
Nutrition Recommendation
A couple of months ago I took Britni's advice and have been following a meat, vegetables, and fruit-based eating approach. It is a life changer and highly recommended. This aligns with recommendations from Dr. Huberman.
Class Naming Update
The main class offering has transitioned to "Strength & Conditioning" because everyone needs to get or stay strong and everyone needs to improve their conditioning. Simple as that.
Community Loss
John Sommerauer, a great human being, passed away. Members are encouraged to read his obituary and support NewHouseKC in his honor. A celebration of life gathering is being organized.

Mini HYROX Test Event
A conditioning test day featuring heats every 15 minutes is offered free for non-members, with standard class sign-up for 2020FIT members. It's relatively quick and a great test of your conditioning (no skill required).

Partner/Family Trial Extension
The guest pass trial promotion is extended beyond the initial one-week period to allow families additional testing time.
Sauna Expansion Project
Winter season prompts plans for expanding sauna facilities. A recently donated heater will support permanent roof terrace construction. We're expanding sauna offerings for increased usage options.
